Saving a Dear Pet’s heart

Similar to human beings, heart disease is common in dogs. Moreover, the sad part is that it is a silent disease. Mostly, by the time your furry companion begins to show the signs of an enlarged heart or heart disease, it is too late to save it from the clutches of the disease. What’s more, an enlarged heart cannot be detected by a stethoscope too. So, how do you save your pet from the agony of the dreadful heart disease, most commonly known as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) in dogs?

Vetmedin for Dogs is an effective treatment to cure CHF in dogs. Regular dosage of Vetmedin as prescribed by the veterinarian has shown excellent results in dogs suffering from CHF. However, this step is taken only after diagnosing the disease by a veterinarian. So, if you have a doubt about CHF in your dog, visit a veterinarian without delay.

  • Ask the vet for a ProBNP blood test. As the clinical signs of CHF, including resistance to exercise, fatigue and others are common to other disease also, the blood test is the only way to confirm CHF in dogs and not mix up the signs with respiratory diseases.

  • CoQ10 is an enzyme naturally occurring in young dogs. However, with time and age, this enzyme reduces in the body, which is one of the causes for CHF. A diet which replaces the reduced levels of CoQ10 is recommended for preventing the pet from CHF. However, this should be done under a veterinarian’s supervision only.
Well; even if your dog is diagnosed with CHF, it is advisable to consult a vet and begin treatment with Vetmedin for dogs at the earliest.
